B&J Painting is a family-run painting company that has finished hundreds of Long Island homes since 2004. Our work runs from fine interior painting and cabinet refinishing to decorative plaster, glazing and specialty finishes, plus exterior painting, decks and railings — across Suffolk and Nassau counties, from Huntington and Smithtown to Stony Brook, Port Jefferson and the North Shore.
Every job starts the same way — with preparation matched to the surface in front of us and the level of finish you choose. Most of the result depends on what happens before the first coat, and most of it you never see. We use premium Benjamin Moore paints and the right number of coats for an even, true finish.
We take on a limited number of projects each year, so an owner is on every job from start to finish. We don't hand work off to unknown crews — the owners lead and supervise on site, with trusted help brought in when a larger job calls for it. We protect the home while we work, keep clean lines, and leave a tidy site at the end of each day.
Most of our work comes the way it always has — neighbors telling neighbors across Long Island. We take the work seriously because we genuinely enjoy it, and it shows in the finish.
